In this Canon-only contest we want to see your best photographs featuring the colour yellow. Yellow is an incredibly vibrant colour that can really help a subject stand out, whether it’s a piece of fruit, an animal or insect, still life scene or even images taken in the golden hour that will have a beautiful golden glow. Get creative with our theme and use yellow as sparingly or as much as you like for impact - surprise us, get creative and most importantly have fun with the brief! The judge's top pictures will appear in PhotoPlus magazine with our judge's top choice taking home a Joby GorillaPod 3K tripod and ball head kit.

DO: Ensure your photo was taken on a Canon camera. Have EXIF data in your photo (or supply the camera settings in the info section). Provide a title for your photo. Write a description of the photo you're entering of at least 50 words to give us the background of what the image is of and how it was taken. A little context can go a long way! Check your photo has a resolution of at least 3000 pixels on the longest edge of the photo as we will be printing our top picks in PhotoPlus: the Canon magazine.
