Excellent idea to show a photographer on this high mountain top, very concentrated in taking a picture of the great Everest surroundings ! The many prayer flags are very moving and tell a lot about the spirituality of the people who hanged them between rock and sky. Congratulations for your place in the top ten and thank you for sharing this picture with us in my challenge!
Sober, graceful and elegant! A touch of mystery in the parts hidden by the clouds! A magnificent place on the top of the Dolomites where people seem to have fun in the snow, as they leave many fine tracks behind them. White, blue, brown, what do we need else if it isperfect this way? Congratulations for your place in the top ten and thank you for participating in this challenge
This photo is my "coup de coeur" for this challenge. it makes me smile and I do not know why! Just the pleasure looking at it because it is so surreal? Or may be its serenity touches something hidden in me? This is a mystery... I do love the serenity of this beautiful, rosy-red evening glow over the chapel, the sheer cliff and the scary drop! Well done, as it may not be that difficult to reach as I can observe that the people have no special equipment! How religious and also crazy the local people must have been for having built this church almost in the sky, facing other wide mountainous surroundings. Congratulations, great shot! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Sober and elegant, this mountain top photo with deep snow! No stones, only a soft, almost untouched snow surface. Only two colours, white and blue, with two tiny people in black, giving the scale of the scenery, following a fresh treck leading to the crest. Thank you for sharing this graceful pciture with us! Congratulations for your place in the top ten!

People climbing to some very high top in the Mont Blanc Range on a steep slope and in deep snow, dominating the surrounding summits... How much I do envy them! The clouds run over the mountains and hide them partly., bringing a note of mystery into the scenery. Thank you for participating in this challenge with such a great picture! Congratulations for your place in the top ten!
We are on a huge stony plateau and see many crests and needles beneath, while sheer rocks dominate us on the other side. A top between the tops! The Dolomites are very photogenic and this photography surprises me with its very special and unexpected angle. I also do appreciate the natural colours. The yellow alpine poppies, even unsharp, introduce a touch of life and joy into this harsh environment. Congratulations and thank you for entering this challenge!
In the foreground, almost the half of the picture, many cairns cover a large mountain top table, bare and stony. Their number and size may indicate that this could be the highest point many experimented and very sportive people can reach. It is at least a stop before attacking the majestic summits of the Himalayas facing this beautiful place. Thank you for participating in this challenge with a picture which makes me dream and congratulations for your top ten place!
This challenge offered me many very beautiful views taken from the tops found in Scotland. I must say that these vast mountainous lansdcapes are very inviting for a visit some day... Choice was difficult as I had to pick a favorite and finally it was this one, so natural, sober, well composed, and romantic! Congratulations for this place in the top ten and thank you for your participation in this challenge!
Hundred of tops seen from one mountain top! Great shot, great landscape. This picture means a lot to me as I made it also up to Mont Thabor, some time ago... I know how unique, how exhilarating, how unforgettable the view over the Southern ranges of the French Alps can be! Thank you for sharing this memory with me and congratulations for your place in the top ten!

I would like to see your best photos of mountain tops. You could show the mountain tops as you discover them when reaching them after a climb or a hike, or maybe seen from the sky, from any flying machine or a drone. Make sure that the top of the mountain remains the main subject, with its own beauty; the vistas over the valleys should remain secondary. An indication of the location in the image description or title would be nice.
