Whilst it might seem difficult for personality to show from a fish, this image shows it can be done! I love the colours and composition, despite it going against the 'rules' of having your subject look into the frame. I also know how challenging it can be to focus through glass so a great job all round!
What a cracking action shot, with the focus, exposure and depth absolutely spot on, plus it's such a stunning bird! My only feedback would be to consider using something like Topaz DeNoise to remove some of the noise if you want to print or reproduce this image on a larger scale.
I love the colours, eye contact and connection with this image, which is further accentuated with the centralised composition and vignetting. The vignette also helps to isolate this Owl, despite the surroundings being quite clustered and busy, with two yellow eyes peering out from the dark. A great shot!

What an incredible encounter this must have been and it's a lovely capture of a family moment. To make this image even better, I'd recommend straightening the horizon from the sea and try to increase the exposure ever so slightly on the bears but not the sky (use a graduated tool on Lightroom for example).
I love the feel of this image, with the foliage and bushes acting as a natural frame to draw the viewers eye in, which is even more emphasised with the eye contact of the Deer. The colour palette is soft but vibrant and the depth of field is spot on. Consider using a noise reduction tool if you're struggling with the grain.
What an awesome capture! The depth of field, focus, exposure and composition are spot on and the behaviour and interaction between the Marmots makes the image all the more special. I would consider cropping in ever so slightly from the right to centralise them bang smack in the middle, but otherwise a cracking image!

This image is lovely, but it could be even better with just a couple of tiny tweaks! Firstly, I love the expression on the puppy and the depth of the image really helps to draw your eye in, but it means the focus on the eye has been missed slightly so try to focus there in future or increase the depth slightly. I'd crop from the top right hand corner to try and centralise him too but otherwise it's teeming with personality!
