I really love the colour in this image and the way the depth of field isolates the flamingos head from a sea of legs. If you want to print or display this image I'd consider using some noise reduction software to clean the background up slightly as some colour noise is present, but otherwise it's a gorgeous image!
The pin sharp focus and catchlight in the eye really makes this gorgeous image, drawing your attention in and keeping it fixed. I would consider increasing the contrast slightly on the forehead and perhaps reducing the exposure on the left hand side/background, but this is me nit picking as it's really not essential!

The colour palette, subject matter and fantastic composition all culminates in this incredibly aesthetically pleasing image. The focus is pin sharp and only accentuates the texture and detail in the elephants skin. Be careful with blown highlights when you have a subject with light and dark features.

I really wanted to commend this image as I love the artistic tones and abstract feel of this image, but I felt the exposure was just ever so slightly too dark which meant the duck was lost in the darker ripples and reflections. Don't be afraid to shoot with a higher ISO when it's necessary as a noisy image is far better than no image at all. Whilst it's impossible for me to know as I wasn't there, shooting at a lower angle may have lead to lighter reflections on the water from the sky so that he stood out more, whilst still maintaining the ripple effects.
I really love the catchlight in this cats eyes, paired with the high contrast in the shadows which really make them pop. You've managed to include the entire tail too which people often forget to do, clipping off the tip. If you were considering a different crop or alternative image, I'd have even looked at just a portrait of the face given the gorgeous light and colour!
I really love the character of this image, paired with a great composition, subject and good exposure and depth. There's even a bonus subject in the foreground with the shield bug! I'd consider shooting moving subjects with a minimum shutter speed of 1/500th so that when unexpected movement or action occurs you're prepared!
