I love the crisp detail on this image and the exposure and focus is spot on. Be cautious if replacing a background as this can be evident on the edges of your subject, especially with fine details such as feathers.

I love how intense and vibrant the colours are here as it makes him really pop from his surroundings. Try to follow the rule of thirds when the surrounding foliage and background allows to get your subject to look into the frame.

I love the quirky expression on this buck: it exudes personality and this can be something that's difficult to capture with wildlife or animals! The colour palette is warm and appealing and the focus is crisp and sharp with a unique angle.

I really love the foreground bokeh in this image as it works well as a natural frame, which is paired with leading lines from the branches. The colour really pops and the focus looks crisp and sharp. A lovely image all round!

I love the abstract feel to this image, which really draws your eye into the Red-billed oxpecker and the vibrant red colour. The composition is great, drawing your eye into the image and markings. I'd have considered increasing the depth of field even more to ensure the entire image was in focus.

I adore how well the foliage frames this image, with gorgeous warm hues which really draw your attention into the eyes. The focus is crisp and the depth of field is well chosen, ensuring no distracting elements are introduced in the background.

You have some great bokeh in this image which really helps to isolate the owl from his surroundings. The colour palette is muted but aesthetically pleasing and the composition is spot on, with the trunks and branches of the trees acting as a natural frame.

I adore the composition you've gone with here, as whilst it 'breaks' the rules, it works incredibly well with great asymmetry. The focus is spot on and the shallow depth of field really isolates the subjects from the background. A great overall image!

The silky movement of the water works really well here and you really found a good balance with the slow shutter speed/ movement of the subject. I would consider cropping in slightly from the right to get the subject to look into the frame more as I feel this would work really well!

Mallards are such a heavily overlooked species and it's a crying shame, so I love that you've captured one so expertly here! It works really well in black and white and I like the fact that it 'breaks' some of the rules!

The crisp focus and detail on the eyes, paired with the vibrant red colour really draws your eyes into the centre of this image. I'd consider cropping in ever so slightly from the right to even out the wings from left to right.

Arguably one of the main 'rules' in wildlife photography is to get your subject to look into the frame, but you've shown here that this is a guideline only and doesn't always have to be followed! I love the natural framing from the foreground branches and the colour really pops.

What a gorgeous encounter this must have been! I love how well the foliage frames her (?) and and the focus looks crisp and sharp. I'd consider applying a slight vignette in post processing to help isolate her further from the surroundings.

I love the windswept effect on this image and the colours are lovely and warm. The focus is crisp and sharp and the depth of field is good. Try to give your subject space to look into to help draw people into your image and keep them engaged.

The branches on this image work really well to frame the subject and the colours, albeit muted work really well with the overall feel of the image. Be cautious if cropping your image as it can become destructive beyond a certain point.
