The incredible texture and detail on this cuttlefish really pops on this image and the he's well isolated from his surroundings with the black background. You framed this image really well along with nailing the lighting and focus. A great result!

This image works fabulously well in black and white, emphasising the contrast and textures on the elephants skin. I really like the composition and the exposure, focus and depth of field are spot on ensuring all subjects are in focus.

The composition works well here with the subject centralised and staring straight down the lens which draws your eyes and attention in. The colours are muted but aesthetically pleasing and there's no distracting elements to draw your attention away. I'd consider sharpening the image slightly in post-processing to make it really pop.

This image goes to show that you don't need to fill the frame with your subject to capture a great image. I love how the heron is shown in context of his surroundings and the edge of the water acts as a leading line. I'd consider cropping in slightly from the right to get the subject to look into the frame more.

I love how the foliage around this kitten really frames the image and draws your eye in. The colours pop without being unnatural and the focus is absolutely spot on. Be cautious when photographing subjects with a lot of contrast and, whenever possible, expose for the highlights to avoid losing any detail.

The focus is crisp and sharp in this image which really draws your attention into this eagles piercing eye. The yellow on the bill really pops and the depth of field ensures as much as possible of the eagle is in focus without introducing distracting elements. I'd consider cropping in slightly from the left to get the subject to look into the frame a bit more.

You're not a wildlife photographer until you have a backside image of the subject you're after, but this goes to show that you can still capture an awesome image of the back end! You've not clipped any wings or subjects off which can be a challenge when photographing a group of animals and the focus is good.

The focus is so crisp on this image that she really pops from her surroundings and the detail in the background doesn't distract away from her. Whenever possible, try to leave space for the entire animal so you don't crop bits out, even if it's obscured or hidden by foliage.

The bright, wintery conditions work really well to isolate the subject from his surroundings and the focus and depth of field are spot on. The image wouldn't have worked as well without the 'action' aspect and I love that you can see the underside of his paw.

The colour and light on this image really makes the shot and technically, the focus and depth of field are spot on too. I'd consider cropping in slightly from the left to get the subject to look into the frame more and draw peoples eyes in.

Collared doves are often overlooked as a photographic subject, but they needn't be due to their subtle yet elegant features. The focus and depth of field are spot on in this image and you've avoided blowing any highlights in the harsh light.

I really love the composition on this image and the gorgeous catchlight on the subjects eye. It really draws your eye into the image and keeps you engaged. I'd consider increasing the exposure slightly to ensure no details are lost on the image.

The gorgeous backlighting on this image, paired with the golden hues really makes this image. It's often easy to miss the smaller subjects in the natural world but you've captured this insect really well and in context of his surrounds too.

Robins are such fabulous characters and I think you've captured that personality well in this image. The focus and depth of field are spot on and the exposure is perfect. The composition works well with the robin looking into the frame, drawing your eye into the image.
