Now this image might not be many peoples cup of tea, but I absolutely love it. Simplistic scenes like this are often extremely difficult to achieve. Compositionally it's spot on with the lone seagull grabbing the attention of the viewer as it gazes towards the camera. It's an unusual but well balanced image and it certainly caught my eye. Congratulations.
This extremely well executed night time image from the Liverpool docks grabs third place in this weeks comp. I love the framing on this shot and it's good to see the photographer hasn't just gone for a longer shutter speed as so many would in this scenario. The use of higher ISO has helped to capture so much more detail in the scene.
I absolutely love the composition of this image and it's clear to see the photographer has a very good eye. Stepping to the side and capturing the bamboo in the immediate foreground really ads a great since of depth. The one thing I will say is the photo could be straightened a little by rotating anti-clockwise slightly.
I love a good ICM (intentional camera movement) image and this shot grabbed my attention straight away. Theres just a good amount of movement in this ICM, retaining some nice shapes while creating an abstract. I personally would have crapped the whiter part of the sky, but overall its an excellent ICM.

Another beautifully balanced mountainscape entered into this weeks competition. The light here is lovely and the soft vignette really draws you into the image. I really would have loved to have had some more info on this fabulous photo, please consider writing a few lines of info if you enter it into any more competitions.
