This is a wonderful image and definitely a worthy winner! The composition is strong, the light is to die for and the exposure is bang on the money. Sorry you hurt your hands in the process but I'm glad you carried on and got the shot!

Kudos for the effort involved to get your photo. It looks like a great place to spend some time with a camera. I'd always advise trying to get as low as possible with water to maximise the chances of a reflection, although it looks like a windy day there so it may not have been doable!

A nice simple scene, with no distractions just a clean easy photo to look at. Nicely exposed, the clouds are great. Much better than a blank blue sky. I like the dappled sunlight on the fields, it's catching the viaduct nicely too.

Really nice for a phone shot, I'd maybe have stepped forward a foot to avoid the path in the shot as it draws the eye a little, either that or step back to make it more of a feature in the shot. Either way, it's still a nice photo to look at.

Awesome colours, looks like a lovely sunset. It's a shame the resolution isn't there on the full size image but for a phone photo it's not bad! nice reflections in the wet sand too. I'd have possibly tilted down just a little bit to make more of a feature of the patterns in the sand but it's still a nice shot.

A nice idea, the colours are just too strong though. Dial the saturation down a bit and you've got a lovely image. Double rainbows are awesome, it does look like there may have been a better composition from across the path but I wasn't there so I don't know what's past it!

This is a cracking photo, it's a brave composition but I think it works pretty well. I like the out of focus foreground it's almost kind of how you'd see it in real life. Be careful with your highlights, the clouds look a bit overexposed :)

I really like this, the composition is lovely and the compression from the long lens works really well. There's one thing I'd change as it just keeps catching my eye and it's that white sign on the left. It really stands out like a sore thumb, I'd clone it out!

This is a pretty cool angle, low down looking up at the arch. I like the colours throughout and it's well exposed. I'd have maybe cloned out the orange post to give it more of a wilderness feel but aside from that it's really good.

A classic view, with not so classic English weather! I love Wasdale, it's such a beautiful place and it's always pretty quiet too. I like the composition here, ordinarily I'm not overly keen on having loads of sky but this is balanced nicely with the clouds. Nice shot!

I like the perspective here, low down with the dappled light coming through looking up into the canopy. for phone shot the dynamic range is handled remarkably well, obviously there's some blown highlights but i don't really think they distract from the overall look. nice job.

You've caught some awesome reflections here, absolutely mirror perfect. I'd be tempted to crop this 16:9 to lose some of the sky as it would give the image a better balance. Maybe a little cool on the white balance too, I'd warm it up just a tad. It looks an incredible place to photograph :)

I think this has some potential to be a lovely shot, with the pastel colours and leading line of the walkway. If this was mine I'd crop some from the right to make the walkway more prominent as there's an awful lot of dead space on the right hand side. Keep an eye on your horizon too, always try and keep it level!

This is tremendous, even more so for your first go with an ND filter. Nice water movement, not too much so it's a messy blur but enough to give it a good sense of movement. Keep an eye on your horizon, always good practice to get in the habit of making sure it's 100% level :)

Organised chaos, I love it. Woodland photography is not easy and especially in adverse conditions. This looks really good, I think had there not been snow it'd just look a mess but the fresh snow gives it that magical look. Nicely done :)
