Lovely reflections, I'd have quite liked to have seen this from a viewpoint closer to the water and a lot lower down. It's a great scene don't get me wrong, there's just a few tweaks needed to get the most from a location like this. Try and avoid things that detract from the main view, the shadows are very dark so could have maybe been lifted in post processing.
We saw some pretty impressive storms in Tuscany, helped a lot by the large open vistas. The processing is a bit heavy-handed but it still looks alright, with plenty of atmosphere. I'm not sure the top 1/4 of the photo adds anything, there's a large expanse of very dark grey in the top right corner that just keeps grabbing my attention.

Welcome to Photocrowd’s ‘Landscapes’ contest for New Joiners! These contests are a chance for new members to introduce their photography to the community, and get a taste of how Photocrowd contests work. They can be entered by anyone within their first 28 days of joining Photocrowd. After 100 images have been submitted the contest closes and the Crowd will start rating the images. The Expert Judge will also be judging the images and writing reviews at the same time. All the winners, both Crowd and Expert, will be announced after 3 days of judging. Make sure you also check out our two other New Joiners contests - ‘People’ and ‘Animals’.
Compositionally, this is a lovely shot. It's nice and balanced and although those flowers peek in from the bottom left they don't really distract from the overall look. It may have looked cleaner without them but it still looks fine with them there. The colour is a little cool overall, especially in the sky and the clouds are overexposed. To get your shutter speed I'm going to assume you've used a 10 stop filter, maybe a 2 stop ND grad on the sky would have helped to tame those highlights.

This is a pretty cool shot. I like the composition, it's exposed well and the colours are good. Overall it's decent but I can see what you mean about the blur. I know it's a bit late now but some advice for the future, your camera is more than capable of shooting at a higher ISO without introducing noise, your shutter speed in this is 1/20th which is super slow to hand hold, even if you had used a different lens with Image Stabiliser. You could have shot this at f11 and ISO 400 and you'd have had a shutter speed of 1/160th which would have eliminated the blur, f11 would still give you ample depth of field at 29mm too :)
I really like the composition here, the focus is good and there's plenty to look at. I think you've overprocessed it a bit as there's an obvious halo around the mountains, it looks like you've maybe used the burn tool on the sky a bit heavy handedly. I think with a bit more careful processing you'll have a really strong shot here.
Reflections are one of my favourite types of photo, and this one's got loads of potential I just think it could do with a bit of love in post-processing. The shadows need lifted as they've very dark and I think the overall exposure could do with a slight lift. I'd also look to crop it into maybe 16:9 format to really show off that middle section as it looks fantastic.
