This is a perfect picture postcard image that could easily be used to advertise all that Cancun has to offer. All the elements in the frame work together, from the palm tree framing the couple walking along the beach, to the sunrise creating atmosphere and flooding the scene with golden light. I imagine the bright and vibrant colours were similar to what you saw and overall this is an appealing image.
It's always difficult shooting out of a plane window, but I always find myself wanting to capture the landscape from such a height whenever I'm on a plane. This image is a prime example of why, because the landscape is so different from this perspective. I love what you've captured here, with that river running through the heart of the landscape and the rusted reds contrasting with the cooler tones. It's a fascinating scene that makes me keep want to come back and look deeper.
Although this is essentially a landscape photography competition, sometimes I think there are images where the inclusion of a figure can enhance the composition. This is one of those images. Without the hiker it would still be an image full of atmosphere but it would lack the focus that the figure provides. It helps that the colour of the jacket matches the colour of the surrounding landscape, and there's some separation between the hiker and the background due to that low cloud. Finally, the hiker provides some scale which can be really valuable when capturing the context of the landscape. Good work.
This is a marvellously intriguing image that is full of personality. It feels like a tree graveyard as they spread out across the reservoir in every direction. The decision to convert the image to black and white helps to create that contrast, but also provide a relationship between the trees, the sky and the water below as they all share the same tonality. The composition is dominated by the tree closest to the camera, catching the side light. I can't help but want a little bit more room between the top of the tree and the top of the frame, as in it's current state it makes the composition a little uncomfortable, but that aside, this is a unique and powerful image.
There is plenty to enjoy about this image as it has many layers, all of which have their own personality. In the foreground you have the sheep which provide a sense of scale. In the mid ground there is the rolling hills of Iceland and that's framed by the jagged peaks of the surrounding mountains and the glacier beyond. It's a feast for the eyes and demonstrates the grandeur of the landscape in Iceland. Nicely seen and captured.
I have fond memories of exploring this part fo Australia (although it appears you definitely got better weather). There is an inherent grandeur to the 12 Apostles (what's left of them) and you do well to capture that here. I like the wide approach you've taken, including the cliffs on the right as a lead into the stacks themselves. The light is catching nicely and there's a lovely contrast between the colour of the cliffs and the turquoise hue of the sea. Nicely seen and captured.
Some images are all about the atmosphere that is captured, and this is one of those. The mist drifting across the heart of the composition, separating the foreground from the background and adding something intriguing to the scene. There's plenty to enjoy about the snowy foreground and peaks beyond, but I would say that that the blue hue is a little overwhelming and backing it off in post production may well give a more even tonality and pleasing image. That aside, I imagine this was a beautiful sight to behold.
This is a really pleasing urban landscape image. I love that all the houses are slightly different sizes. It gives the impression of a pixar movie rather than something that actually exists. The uniqueness of the houses is enhanced by the atmosphere of the impending dusk, with just a hint of colour in the sky and the reflection of the houses in the water below. Nicely seen and captured.
I rather liked this 1:1 composition and the atmosphere you've captured. One thing I find about astrophotography is that it can be difficult to get a decent foreground to give some context to the stars above. You've managed to achieve that in this shot with the snowing rocky foreground providing a lead into the starry night above. The heart of the image is your husband lighting up the waterfall. Wherever you look, that's where the eye ends up. A charming image that shows technical and compositional competence.

This is a pleasing panorama that has some lovely colours running through the scene. There's a lovely contrast between the green of the cliff edge and the blues of the sea and the sky. I would consider cropping out the foliage in the bottom right of the image because it interrupts the flow and distracts the eye. That aside, there's plenty to like here.
Love the drama that you've captured in this scene. You really provide an insight into what the weather conditions were like. I find that shooting in stormy weather, although challenging, can be very rewarding because it makes the composition a little more alive. I like how you've positioned the rock in the middle of the composition, but I'd be inclined to crop in further, removing the rocks on either side and the distracting elements in the foreground. That aside, plenty to enjoy here.

Some images are all about simplicity and this is a good example of that. The bright blue sky contrasts with the yellow flowers and green foliage without any other distractions. The strong directional sunlight helps to even out the composition. I'd be inclined to try a square crop here and there are a few dust spots on the sensor that are a little distracting and could be easily be removed in post.
