The dappled light in this is great, it gives so much contrast and detail to an already impressive scene. I do think it's maybe a bit over processed, it's got heavy blacks and the sky looks overdone. That said, it's still a lovely scene!

This is gorgeous, shooting straight into the sun is challenging but you've done a great job here. The backlit tree looks amazing and frames the rest of the photo well, I really like the contrast in colours on either side of the tree too. Nice job and a worthy winner.

This is a pretty scene, I've always wanted to go visit Canada and this isn't doing much to quell my thirst for it! A nice clean composition, great subject matter and no people. what's not to like? Great job :)

This is a pretty unique view and one that's probably not see all too often. It looks as if the photo needs some clockwise rotation as the horizon is off level, however the colours are nice and it's still a fantastic scene to photograph.

A nice simple photo showing off some nice autumn colours. I like the variation in the tree shades. Nice composition too, straightforward and to the point. The sky looks awesome too, stormy days always give the best skies! Great job :)

Gorgeous colours! Autumn is an amazing time for photography, there's no better time to capture nature in all its beauty. Nice composition too, I like the letterbox crop it works really well. If I was to be super picky, I think the little bits of sky distract a little from the rest of the image, but it's a minor point!

I love this, it's a no frills view that just shows off a wonderful alpine scene. It's composed well, has a lot of interest and best of all it's full of mountains :-D The town in the valley really gives a sense of scale!

This location looks like it's got bags of potential, alpine lakes always provide great shots. If possible try to get closed to the water to show off the reflections, it will really lift the images and make them stand out from the crowd!

This is a really effective photo, the shallow depth of field really works, it draws your eyes into the image and all the way through. It's got nice striking colours and plenty to look at. Well worth the mission through the forest!

Woodland scenes aren't easy to do, I'm terrible at them and can never get the look I want however this one's pretty nice. It's got a kinda organised chaos look to it, there's uniformity in the trees but still an air of business!

Simple and effective, the red and blue work perfectly together to create a striking image. I love the lines in the sand, they look like a tigers skin. The mountains towering above help to complete an impressive scene. Nice one.

You've done a nice job of capturing the water movement, it looks really nice. Not too much that it's a total blue but just enough to show that it's lively. I think you could have maybe given the tall towers a little more space at the top as they feel a little cramped but I still think it's a strong image!

This is a mad photo, it looks like it could be on the moon! It's hard to believe there'd be a town in such a brutal and barren environment. I'm glad you made it black and white too, it adds to the atmosphere and really makes it look alien.
