A pretty easy choice for the number one slot, it's a stand out image in this competition. The colours are great, it's composed well, it's sharp and most importantly the light is fantastic! I like the lead in using the fence too. I've shot here a few times and it's always nice to nail it in these conditions. Well done
The composition on this is lovely, although it might have been favourable to raise the camera maybe 6 inches to ensure the full reflection. Another thing to remember is that the sky isn't really ever darker than the foreground so it looks a bit unbalanced. I think with a couple of tweaks this could be an outstanding image.

I like the composition here, you've clearly thought it through as it looks nice and balanced. I'm impressed that it's a phone shot too, for a small sensor they manage the dynamic range pretty well. There's a lighter patch of sky on the right hand side, not sure if that's the phone or you while editing but it could do with being addressed!
Bizarrely, both the number one and number 2 slots are from the Lake District which is unusual! The light in this is just sublime, that glow looks amazing and the colours are so vibrant. To be honest, the only thing that's made this number 2 as opposed to the winner is the tree in the top right. It pulls my eye and I can't unsee it once I've seen it.
