New Joiners - Landscapes #707

I love this, its got a real abstract vibe and the shallow depth of field works fantastically. There are loads of nice textures and lines and good colour too. I like that its not super brighly coloured too, it really suits the rainy mood.

This is a really beautiful image, The reflections are lovely and I like that they are broken a little by the ripples. The colours are good, it's composed well and there's nothing distracting at all. This is a worthy winner so well done!

I really like this, its a lovely scene and youve caught it on a nice day. Its well exposed and theres plenty to look at and keep me occupied. I'd maybe crop a little off the bottom to make it 16:9 but apart from that its pretty sweet.

For a phone shot this is unbelievable, seeing the northern lights is a great experience and to be able to capture them like this it must have been mega strong. It's composed nicely too, overall this is a really nice photo :)

It's lovely to see another angle at this famous and well shot location. The receding water looks brilliant and that little burst of light on the horizon looks great. Keep an eye on your horizon levels!

I love the long exposure effect here, its created a really surreal and dreamy look. Its maybe a little underexposed on the left and theres a bit of a halo around the stack but it doesnt look too bad, maybe try lightening the left half a little with a gradient filter?

I had to include this as it just has a smile factor, watching the sun rise is a lovely experience and one I've spent many a mornings doing. If I have a small criticism it's that the sun is so close to the centre it would make sense to crop it so that its bang in the middle.
