It is a shame the photographer hasn't included the story behind this shot - I'm sure it must have taken a good deal of planning and effort. It is well visualised nightscape. I'm not an astrophotographer, so it is a hard for me to critique this shot with any authority, but to my eye it looks like a well captured and processed image - thoughtfully composed and constructed. Well done.
This is a really well considered composition, with the little stream gently leading the viewer's eye through the frame. This is a stark scene, but beautiful also. The trees add texture, depth and balance to the scene. While this is not necessarily a shot that jumps out at you at first glance, the longer you look at it, the more engaging it is. A really well framed and captured shot.

This is a really nice scene, with a gorgeous pastel sky and warm sunlight striking the buildings in the distance. However, I feel the foreground is a bit busy and unnecessary. Personally, I think the photographer should have zoomed in a little tighter, excluding the messy reeds altogether, and concentrated on the little church and view beyond - using the water and colourful reflections as a simpler, more inviting foreground.
The sweep of the river really helps draws the viewer's eye into the composition. This is a lovely wintry image and the warmth of the light, and the hint of mist rising from the water, adds atmosphere - a key ingredient for any landscape image. It is just a shame the snow in the foreground isn't virgin and clean.
Gardens are tricky places to photograph well, but I think the photographer has selected a really nice angle here and the frame feels quite well-balanced. That said, I would remove the distracting branch from the top left corner. My issue is not with the capture, but the post production. The shot looks like it might have been over sharpened - or maybe a lot of Clarity applied. I can see some artefacts/haloing around some of the leaves, and I would guess the shadows have been lifted aggressively. The shot lacks natural looking contrast and the colours looks a bit washed-out in places. Maybe a file to reprocess more sensitively?
I love the tones of the shot - the warm, sunlit sand dunes contrast beautifully with the clear blue sky. The frost on the rippled sand adds interest and texture. This scene would be extraordinarily beautiful without all the footprints, but even though the sand is messy, this scene remains appealing.

This looks like a Scottish scene, with brooding sky, rivers, and mountains. The low viewpoint helps separate the little rowan tree from the landscape behind. The water appears quite glossy - I wonder if the photographer could have used a polarising filter to give the river more depth and life. Overall, a nicely captured shot.

The silhouetted rocks and cormorants produce a very simple, but graphic and eye-catching result. The highlights on the water add sparkle, but are badly overexposed on the right of the image. I would be tempted to crop this image - maybe into a square - in order to exclude the worst of the overexposed areas.
Another timeless looking shot that you need to study to enjoy. While it might lack instant impact, it is a well composed shot. The stormy sky and low-key processing produces a result with mood and drama. However, I do think the bottom half of the image is a little too dark and that this shot would benefit from a few localised adjustments in processing.
