I have an affinity for images like this. I know what it is like to wander a location and just see a scene like this with the shapes and lines and want to capture it. Everything has its place in this shot, from the lines on the road, to the ladder and its shadow, even the small windows. It's all lines and shapes in various sizes and works really well. Great eye to see this scene for what it is worth!
A very interesting abstract landscape with great vibrant colours. I'm almost certain some of the image has been flipped and blended together. This isn't a criticism by the way. It's done quite well and I can't work our where the doubling or joins are. However the photo was taken, as a single shot or made in post, it looks great! Well done.
I like how you've made this waterfall appear like a hidden gem. You've made the viewer a wanderer through the forest, discovering this magical scene along with you. As an added benefit, the branches hide the manmade structure in the top of the frame! The exposure and detail in the water is good too.
A well taken shot with a great story. The silhouette is a marvellous element of the scene with a unique and striking pose. The narrow depth of field draws greater attention to the figure, yet still retains interesting features such as the shimmering air and distant trees. A fantastic travel photo, well done!
Such beautiful light covering an expansive vista. The narrow road helps to add a sense of scale to the scene while leading the eye through the landscape. It leads over the hills as well as back down to a little town with autumn trees. The viewers eye avoids the glare of the sun to explore the details of the hills and the rocky peak. Very nice!
This shot shouts Seychelles! The colours, foliage and rocks are so iconic of this idyllic location. You've captured wonderful light in this well composed and exposed photo. The larger rock formation is balanced nicely with the smaller, which points the eye back into the scene towards the turquoise waters. Beautiful view and well taken!
A wonderful reflection shot to create a striking abstract landscape scene. The lighting and composition work really well, although I believe the image could benefit from a slight increase in contrast. Not too much as that would take away from the atmosphere of the place. It may help to boost some of the details and colour. The inclusion of the water bird is a nice touch! Great work!
A scene within a scene. The reflected mostly silhouetted figure feels like an image on its own. Indeed, you could crop a smaller photo out of this one to include the figure, reflection and two background towers and still have a captivating scene. However, the inclusion of the expanded view works just as well to create a sense of place and is well balanced throughout. Well done!
A well composed and treated black and white photo. This scene is perfectly suited for black and white as it has, on the macro scale, shapes and lines from light and dark regions to balance the composition of the shot. Then there is a micro scale of details and contrast in the clouds, trees, beach and even water. Good work!

The colours and composition of this shot are great! Everything leads the eye to the rocky tower structure in the centre. The curve of the river, path on the side and treeline all converge at the centre. One thing I notice straight away is the slightly crooked horizon line. Even without a visible horizon you can use the reflections to straighten the image. A small thing but it can make a big difference to the professionalism of a photo. A great scene and beautiful photo!
You've managed to create a sense of place in a landscape photo, with a macrophotography shot. Everything from the colours of the flower, the out of focus buildings, and the hazy sky and burning sun convey the region of the world this shot was taken. It just goes to show you don't need a wide angle lens, or even a large depth of field, to create an engaging landscape travel photo. Great work!
