I can immediately see what has drawn the photographer here to take this photo. The glowing sunset light turning these strands of grass golden, the pops of colour in the flowers, and the old wagon wheel, all work great together to set the scene. The hint of barn and farm life in the background all tell a story of the location. Beautiful light and well captured!
A wonderful dreamlike scene. Sometimes serendipitous moments can be difficult to capture on a phone without saying to people viewing it "I guess you just had to be there". This is a well captured scene that conveys the moment really well. The gentle light and mirror finish water add a sense of calm that is matched by the almost pastel tones in colours. The lone human figure also brings a relaxing peaceful element to the shot as well. Great work!
I find this shot interesting, but probably for a different reason than expected. My first impression is the visible scene is in a torch light beam coming from the right of the frame, like the city is revealed in light. There is plenty of interested throughout the cityscape and great light across the buildings. The colour and tones also have a vintage film feel to them that works great with the subject matter.
A wonderful well captured moment. The positioning and pose of the kayaker adds a sense of scale and motion to the scene. The lines in the clouds appear to reflect the ripples in the water. A melding of sky and water that put the person in a dreamlike setting. My only suggestion to the photographer would be cropping out a fifth to a quarter off the top of the image. A little too much sky that leads the eye up and out of the frame. Great work!
A really well composed and thought out photo, capturing beautiful lighting conditions. The soft colour palette and the hazy air give the scene a calming atmosphere. The colour of the air makes me think this might be smoke in the air rather than a gentle morning mist, but that doesn't change the well executed nature of the photo. The proportions and positions of the various elements all work well together.
A well composed and exposed photo. The bright white of the boats immediately draw the eye into the centre of the shot while the surrounding shapes and colours provide interest to explore. There is a good balance of land and water and enough spacing around the little bays of the mangroves and the edge of the frame. Great work!
A really well exposed long exposure photo with moody clouds and a hint of soft warm light. The smoothed out details of the water and sky contrasting nicely with the rugged cliffside landscape and old stone buildings. The touch of light on the cube-like structures draws the viewers eye. They stand out not only with light, but with their straight lines against the jagged rocks. Great work!
First of all the composition is spot on. The positioning of the road weighted to the foreground slowly winding and leading the eye into the frame and the distant valley works really well. The inclusion of the two motorbikes gives this landscape a great travel story element. The exposure level and focus is great too!
A great use of depth of field to draw attention to this weathered box that has washed up on shore. The viewers eye is immediately drawn to the main subject matter while then being free to explore the surroundings, only to be drawn back to the box and engaged in the image. The slightly off centre positioning works well with the diminishing perspective of the shoreline on the other side. Well done!
A lovely sunset shot that allows the viewer to place themselves at the location. The mist rising from the water adds atmosphere and the silhouetted vegetation gives a sleepy landscape feel for the time of day. Just a couple of distracting sensor dust spots in the top right that could be cropped or cloned out to boost the value of the image. Good work!
This is a great show of how quickly the light changes over time during a sunset. Full exposure stops of light can change in a few minutes. You've done well to balance the exposure across all these images to create a cohesive blend of time. The bright and vibrant colours on the left fade perfectly into the more muted and darker tones on the right. Well done!

A wonderfully moody black and white landscape. This is the kind of scene that works really well as a black and white. High contrast simple lines and shapes with a considered composition. There is just enough diminishing perspective from the poles to keep the eye drawn into the scene and what looks like a "no entry" sign at the end. Although the negative space at the top and the bottom work well here, I wonder if you've tried a landscape crop to just include the middle third. I believe this would work as well.
