A beautiful dream-like image. The bright direct sunlight silhouettes the reaching branches of the tree before scattering among the grass. The dark tones throughout the photo almost give the sense of night, adding to the ethereal nature. The contrails in the sky add interest in the top half of the frame while subtly mimicking rough lines in the ground below.
A very interesting subject matter that is well suited to a long exposure. The shape of the tree hanging out over the water and holding tight to the rocks has the appearance of a intentionally crafted design, like a bonsai in a landscaped garden, while still presenting an air of natural beauty. The golden light on the rocks adds a gorgeous contrast to the scene while accentuating details. A minor suggestion I would like to make is to crop the bottom of the frame slightly to remove the brighter rock in the bottom left. Or to darken it. It provides a slight distraction without matching the colour of light in the rest of the scene. Cropping would also balance the weight of the scene by emphasising the symmetry of the tree and the sunlit rocks in the foreground. Still amazing work!
A beautifully scene of nature with a sense of reveal in the composition. A perfectly still lake is always a wonderful thing to photograph, making it more that just a simple reflection shot takes more thought, like with this photo. The hint of a dramatically lit cloudy sky in the water shows the conditions while the canopy of leaves holds the top of the frame. The little lake side building is perfectly centred and almost feels like it is framed on its own within the scene. A small gap in the tree reveals another building on the right, providing a point of interest for the keen eye explorer. Wonderful colours, light and composition!
A lovely scene of Lake Moraine with a wintery feel from the general cool tones. The trees in the foreground seem like spectators of the scene, like the viewer, enjoying the picturesque natural stage of lake and mountains before them. The shape of the tree lined shore and low lying clouds add an extra depth and dimension to the photo. Great work!

Beautiful golden light and a lovely natural framing of the main scene. The sun and boat are well positioned in the gap of leaves. The un-focused leaves, as well as the distant hills, add layer and depth to the photo. With everything happening in the centre of the frame, a tighter crop would accentuate the scene even more, it could also work well as a vertical crop as the left and right of the photo don't add anything more to the beautiful feel of the image. Great shot!
The photographer has done a great job to maintain a balanced exposure between highlights and shadows in these low light conditions. The bright lights on the bridge and buildings glisten and shine without destroying details. The composition works well with the bridge providing a leading line to the building on the left, while still being a point of interest on its own. Great long exposure! Well done!
A wonderfully simple composition of a silhouetted tree-lined shore with gorgeous colours in the sky, reflected in gently rippled water. The bird in flight is captured perfectly in the bright area of the sky and is diagonally contrasted in reflection with another bird resting on the waters surface. A good example of how the simple things can be strongly captivating. Great work!
Such a fascinating and story telling image. Like a scene from a movie or a photo from an alien world with a larger sun, it evokes wonder in the viewers mind. Everything is well positioned and balanced in the frame, including the shape of the bird in the sun. The bird doesn't immediately catch the eye, that is left to the interesting shape of the human figure, which allows the viewer to discover it in time. The golden light and glow is superb as well. Great work!
You have good eye to see what would make an interesting photo. The stone building does a great job at showing the age, style and persona of the location. Yet the un-focused leaves in the foreground naturally frame the scene while also providing a clue to the location. The subtle colours in the sky are a nice touch too. Good work!
The bright and direct, yet glisteningly soft light is the key feature of this photo. It covers the scene bringing out the best in the snow covered mountains, water and foreground. Can I suggest a slight straightening of the waters edge by the mountains, while slightly cropping the image to remove the dark patch in the opt left corner. Nothing about the feel of the image would change, yet the small distracting elements would disappear. Lovely photo, well done!
Amazing conditions with so much contrast and details. The clouds have a wonderful depth and shape to them, allowing beams of sunlit to filter through. The little patch of light on the clearing at the top of the hill stands out against the dark and distant mountains. A beautifully natural scene captured with a good exposure. Well done!
A wonderfully warm and calming photo. The hazy golden air in the centre of the frame is definitely the star of the show. The sun is bright enough to keep the eye coming back to the centre of the image while allowing the viewer to explore the interesting shapes of the trees and gentle ripples in the water. The haze also adds a depth that pulls the mind into the scene and away from the troubles of the world. Great work!

This image has a strong feel of a fine art landscape photo. Strong colours, without being over saturated, of red light, green leaves and blue toned shadows. The river provides a strong leading line, like an arrow, to the beautifully sunlit mountain. Great composition and exposure, full of fine details and strong macro shapes.
A lovely seascape scene with interesting details, shapes and contrast. The difference in details of in the water on either side of the break water rocks does a great job to show its purpose. While not a stormy sea, there is still a element of chaos being held back by the rocks. The colour of the water is beautiful and refreshing. Wonderful shot!
