Absolutely spectacular light and conditions. You've captured a superbly dramatic scene with rich deep blue sea contrasting nicely with the bright golden light of the sky. The glowing mist on the water provides a backdrop for the silhouetted building on the island. Even the rays of light seem to be reaching towards it. I do feel like the image would work even better as a more panoramic crop to cut out about half of the water. There will still be plenty to suit it's purpose and draw even more attention to the main subject matter. Great work!

A wonderful use of light and contrast to describe a location and story. You've managed to create a layered image from top to bottom without a discernible depth of field. Starting with a larger silhouetted tree at the top, then palm trees, then ground level interest. Even depth into the image with the dark line of the distant shore. I really like the colours and details in the sky and the way the whole image has a shadow play feel to it. Great work!
A wonderfully serene view with a gentle grandeur. The low lying clouds add to the imposing feel of the mountain walls. The expanse of the water is magnified by the scale provided from the small distant boats. The closer trees give more elements to a sense of place while framing the rest of the scene. Well done!
This is a lovely scene with plenty of great elements. The layers of rocks, lake and distant mountains all help lead the eye around the landscape. The greens, blues and greys are all great classic landscape colours. I do feel like this image would benefit from a more square crop to cut out most of the empty sky. That way the viewers eye doesn't drift up and out of the scene.
A well composed and timed day time photo. All the main points of interest are weighted towards the centre of the image with softer details of clouds and foreground to frame the scene. The lighthouse is definitely the star of the show with the surrounding area providing more interest to explore. Such as the wave breaking against the rocks and the small flowers in the foreground.
Beautiful light and a lovely serene and relaxing image. The sunlit leaves in the top half provide a nice amount of detail in the clear blue sky without obscuring it completely. They also give a sheltered feel to the location, adding to the viewers sense of calm. The person admiring the view provides a story and companion for the viewer. On a lighter note I am concerned about what the bomb on the t-shirt has seen behind you that has got it so worried ;)
A wonderful scene with thoughtful consideration to composition. A central triangle is created with the river island on the left and the man made feature on the right, combined with the sunlit mountain peak. The river itself acts as a leading line into the valley. The image could benefit from a slight increase in the shadows to provide more attention to the finer details, without going to far as to take away from the sunlit mountain. Still a great shot!
A well composed photo of a visually interesting mountain road. The shape of the road dominates the scene and is perfectly weighted for the centre of the frame. The little details of the two people walking on the road adds an interesting story with what seems a likely destination of cars and buildings further down the mountain. Well done!
A bright and captivating scene with a fiery sky and interesting lone tree. The glow of the sun is just right to give a realistic glare, making the eye want to avert its gaze from the sun. You've captured a really great scene here, but maybe more than you need. I'd recommend a tighter crop to really focus on the sun and tree. The good thing is it would work with almost any orientation or aspect ratio. However everything is happening in middle with the tree, sun, and closer clouds. Still a great capture!

A beautifully calm lakeside scene. There is a good balance of elements with the imposing mountains and the mirror finish reflection in the water. The pops of red in the buildings contrast against the lush green, helping them stand out against the landscape. The little waterfall leading towards the buildings is a nice touch too. Good work!
I see a lovely scene here with a colourful foreground and a natural framing around a distant waterfall. While the very close flowers and white rock provide some interest, in this case they are more distracting from the main subject of the waterfall. A tighter vertical crop to just above the white rock would help balance the scene more while still showing off the finer details of the landscape. Keep in mind this is just personal preference from an outside observer. Still a lovely photo!
