There is definitely some gorgeous light in this scene. The little lighthouse is well positioned to balance the highlights of the sun and draw the eye of the viewer. The leading lines of the rocks and boardwalk also bring the viewer into the scene. I suggest having a go at straightening the horizon line. This may result in cropping out the sun from the frame, but you may still enjoy the image without it.
A great story telling image. A misty morning illuminated by the newly risen sun. Setting the backdrop for a fisherman that seems to have been successful in his endeavours. The human is well positioned to capture the viewers attention by being silhouetted by the brighter background. The structure behind the fog provides a clue to the location as well as visual interest.
Such a magical wedding photo to have. You've utilised the romantic red colour in the unique landscape and lighthouse, while highlighting the couple out against the dark backdrop. It shows a depth of experience in producing a well balanced exposure while shooting at night, with dark rocks, a bright lighthouse and stars. Well done!
I always love seeing photos of my home town! Seeing the city of Melbourne from the beaches around the bay is something I really enjoy. You've got a great panoramic view here with the city buildings giving way to the masts of yachts and then the port and finally a kite surfer. While the clouds at the top of the frame are interesting, they act as more of a distraction from the main scene. You could keep more of the viewers attention by cropping out the top half and having a long panoramic image.
A lovely little village beautifully represented, nestled amongst the pines and looming rugged mountain peaks. I like the way the sunlight touches both buildings and background mountains, in such a way that they both seem to basking in the warmth it provides. The scale of the scene is shown nicely with the long focal length and compressed perspective.
I really like how the shape of the roof of the chalet mimics that of the mountain in the background. It fits its surroundings so well. The deep forest greens work well with the subdued shadowy blues and hazy sky blues. There are little story elements scattered around the buildings with visitors wandering around or sitting and enjoying the views. My only minor suggestion is to try removing the prominent sensor dust spot right next to the peak of the mountain. An easy fix with most editing software, a slight distraction once you notice it. This image would probably work great as a black and white as well, but I do like the earthy colours.
A masterful use of strong triangular leading lines and controlled highlights to emphasize the focus on the main subject. Everything points to the statue of the Buddha, from the landscape to the lighting, while allowing its surroundings to be explored by the viewer. Even the sunlit mist behind the statue gives it a more ethereal look. While it appears small in the frame, visual clues such as the surrounding trees and other nearby structures hint at the scale of the figure.
The pinnacles themselves displayed marvellously in this image, but they are almost outdone by the striking contrast of bright yellow landscape with deep sky blues. The overall composition feels well balanced with the closer central pinnacle flanked by a scattering of distant structures. There is so much detail from the pot marked surface of the tower to the texture in the sand, which resembles the pattern of iron fillings around a magnet. Well done!
A nicely composed waterfall image. The slight long exposure gives the water a silky look while retaining details in the pool below. The water is fairly well exposed, with plenty of finer strands in the flow. A minor suggestion I will make is to straighten the horizon line. Although a horizon is not visible, you can tell the frame isn't level by the flow of the water. Rotating the right side up slightly will improve visual appeal of the scene.
A wonderful glimpse of a silky waterfall with a enigmatic play of perspective. As the viewers eye scans up and down the cascade of water, the bottom half clearly shows the waterfall in the distance through a narrow canyon, whereas the top half almost looks as if the water is much closer and seen from an angle. Or maybe it's just my mind playing tricks on me! Either way it's a lovely lush scene.
A magnificent display of life, colour and light. The bright and vibrant feel of this image match the subject matter well. Although there is no movement in the image, it still seems like a still frame of a complex dance of nature. The glistening sunlight gives the grass and leaves a wonderful glow. There is so much detail to enjoy from the texture on the tree to the distant hills. Great work!
A fascinating otherworldly scene. The gently rising slope of the landscape appears to be holding back a sea of clouds with purpose. The human element of fields and buildings give a sense that this has been going on for quite some time. A small town at the edge of the world. The small touch of foreground elements, including a single pink flower, is a welcome inclusion. Nice work!
A spectacular scene of golden tipped mountains and an iceberg scatter shore. The bright sunlight contrasts elegantly against the jagged and cold landscape. The reflection draws the eye to the foreground details of the floating ice and its chilly cyan shadows. A minor change i suggest trying, is to straighten the horizon line slightly (using the tip of the peak to its reflection as a vertical) and crop from the top right slightly so the main peak is centred. This would improve the weight of the framing a little more. Still a great shot!

A simple composition executed well. The highly detailed and gently lit mountains contrast against the open featureless blue sky. The compressed perspective provided by the long focal length bring the moon to almost the same plane as the mountains. While its position on the descending slope give it a sense of potential energy, like it could roll over the peaks if we just let time run its course.
