I always believe 'mood' is the key ingredient to any landscape photo. The wispy low cloud diffuses the scene beautifully and adds wonderful atmosphere to the shot. My instinct says this scene would work better in landscape format, but maybe there was a nearby distraction the photographer wanted to exclude. As it is, I might switch to a slightly squarer aspect ratio (maybe 4:3) to lose a little space off both the snowy foreground and sky.

I love the warm sunlight kissing the peaks of the mountains. In fact, I wonder if the photographer might have better to switch to a longer focal length and isolate this area. As it is, I feel there is maybe too much sky and empty space.

This is a lovely Scottish vista. I like the composition - it feels quite well balanced and boasts good depth and interest. I'm not entirely convinced that the scene is completely level, though. While the light is not golden or dramatic, it's soft and attractive. Overall, a pleasing landscape image.

This scene has lovely depth and atmosphere. The low sunlight adds warmth and contrast to the landscape - and I love the layers and frosty detail. Shooting toward the sun can cause exposure issues, but the photographer has controlled contrast well. There is a just a tiny bit of lens flare left of centre, but this could easily be tidied-up and removed using an App or photo editing software.

I really like this image - the low, warm sunlight filtering through the heather is magical and conveys a real sense of late summer. However, the closest flowers are not sharp enough in my view - either due to focusing or insufficient depth of field.

What a wonderful far-reaching landscape. The foreground palm trees anchor the composition, while the layers of mist, mountains, and forest beyond invite the viewer's eye to wander and explore. The sky is a tiny bit bright and overexposed in places, but overall this is a well executed shot boasting depth, atmosphere and interest.

This is a bold and impactful photo. The curves, shapes and lines within this scene provide lots of visual cues. The truck adds a focal point and its colour is important - with red being an advancing colour and demanding attention. A well seen shot.

What lovely, wintry conditions! Snow has a nasty habit of fooling TTL metering systems into underexposure and this snowy scene does look a little dull maybe. A small tweak to the exposure slider in photo editing software will quickly remedy this.

Don't forget to check that the horizon is level prior to taking the photo. Although you can easily straighten horizons using a photo editing App or software, it's always best to get things right in-camera. In this instance, I do find the wonky horizon a big distraction!

I love the light and reflections in this scene - and the roosting birds add interest and context. I'm not convinced the positioning of the foreground grasses add anything to this composition, though, as they overlap and interrupt the reflection of the tree behind. A slight change of shooting position might have created a cleaner, more balanced result overall.
