Great portrait in the centre of the busy parade. Strong colours and message on his flag. He looks quite serious but that strengthens the portrait and the message he carries I think. Would have been great to separate him from the crowd for a shot, maybe a challenge for the next parade!

Fantastic moment you’ve caught here. The sun catching one side of his face creates great shape. I think I’d be tempted to brighten the image slightly to bring out those wonderful colours in his outfit and in the sky but overall it’s a great shot.

Really interesting scene with a story of the woman’s daily life. Tricky shot with the harsh sun creating shadows from the boat. It would be an idea to try and get your subject away from the edge of frame a bit more putting her more central to the image.

Looks like a great day out, lovely light and scene and the curious doe completes it. I see you mention you’ve cropped, if there was enough of the image on the left side I’d be tempted to try and place the girls in the middle of the frame to help it compositionally.

Interesting location to shoot the portrait. The colourful outfits work well against the backdrop. I can see the sun was harsh so you’ve done well to place them in the shady area creating highlights on the edge of your sisters hair and arm.

Great warm tones in this portrait and lovely natural side light. Looking at your camera settings, maybe you could try shooting at f3.5 with your lens. This would help separate the background and soften the distracting room behind. I like the moment you’ve caught, it’s a great expression.

Great scene with the flags against the sky. It would be great to see a wider shot encapsulating everyone from further back but this still tells the story. The black and white tones you’ve worked with in lightroom compliment the image very well.

This is a powerful image, it’s full of strength and courage and looks to me like there is a smile in your eyes, or perhaps a determination. The shape of your shoulder and arm Is matched perfectly by the pillow, it gives a lovely flow to the composition of the shot. The small flare coming from the window giving a small highlight on your head is great. A selfie that tells the story.

This could be taken from a scene out of the Netflix series Stranger Things, I love it. You’ve controlled the lighting really well, tricky with the highlights from the LEDs but the skin tone and shadows still hold enough detail. Interesting composition and pose.

This guy looks like a great character. One of the challenges of portrait photography is to brake down barriers, I wander how he would react to being asked to have his portrait taken? He’d make a great portrait if he engaged with you especially with the black and white treatment you’ve chosen.

This has quite a timeless classic feel to it, I think due to the well balanced black and white treatment Although not everyone’s desired subject, drool, it’s caught so well! The detail in the image is fantastic and of course the baby’s gaze directly at the camera is stunning. Those eyes! Really interesting shot.

Wonderful. This made me smile, and I love everything about it, metaphorically, creatively and technically. Its a great moment you've caught and the models did well to maintain those joyful smiles for several takes. The choice of lightroom work is very subtle without taking away from the moment and feel of the shot. Well done!

This is a great street group shot. The lights amazing and the sun so well caught between those two buildings. I like the crop of the back of the blue car and the contrasting red jumper and hat of the guy behind. I’d be tempted to crop a little more from the wall at the bottom of the image as it’s slightly distracting.

This has some really strong elements to it. The lighting works very well and is complimented by the black and white conversion and overall tone. I think to bring further strength to Papa George as a portrait, I would try removing the guitars on the left in post, I find my eye goes straight to them due to the focusing. He has such a strong look I think less could be more here... Great portrait.
