A lovely image that packs a punch and is loaded with attitude. The candid capture works really well and there's a strong and dynamic composition which is strengthened by the position of the arms and fingers. Finally, the black and white conversion works a treat. Well done.

I love the sense of peace, calm and tranquillity in this image. Naturally, the yoga pose goes a long way to suggest this. However, the photographer's clever use of framing, point of view and inclusion of the environment add to the sense of balance and harmony. Finally, the gentle light and subtle colour palette bring everything together.

A delightfully simple image with a clear focal point. The radiating ripples create a sense of calm tranquillity. The contrasting colours work well. Using the hanging branches of the tree was a clever way to bring the image together and create context and this is nicely balanced with the darker ripples in the top right corner.

What a lovely moment that's been quietly, but skillfully captured. The reflection has been artfully used along with the light 'pouring' into the scene from behind the subject. Both these aspects have been skillfully handled. Finally, the black and white conversion pulls it all together.

A colourful character rendered beautifully in black and white. I feel that it is the relationship between the goat and the man that makes this image a success. They both share an expression of content satisfaction which is somehow very rewarding to witness.

I really love the way this image feels unposed. I may be wrong of course, but it feels as if it is one of those fleeting moments between poses that has been artfully captured at just the right split second. I also like the quite hard and contrasty black and white conversion which suits the image.

A trio of reds is what pulls this image together. This is a nicely seen and captured photo. In situations, like this, you have to think and react swiftly before the moment is lost, or you are rumbled and the subject moves away. Well done for getting it in the can.

This is a lovely portrait. Full of fun, smiles and a sparkle in the eyes. The lighting has been skillfully handled while the muted colour palette adds a lovely sense of timelessness. But ultimately it's all about the expression which in this instance has been nicely captured. Good work.

Clever and creative use of image editing software to make a fantasy photo. The various elements of the image have been put together well, but it's the disintegration of the subject's face into a trail of stars that gives the image its edge.

A very slick and professional feel to this accomplished image. Superb lighting and composition that has been expertly captured. Naturally, this image is all about the colour and the wonderful hues of blues and greens which come together perfectly. Nicely done.

It is the colour that really makes this image resonate. The blue wall and green door work well, however, it is really the connection of deep reds that bind the picture,. The woman's cardigan, flip-flops and items for sale create a colour rhythm that leads the viewers' eye in an and around the photo in a delightful way.

A stunning capture that's been artfully put together. There is a. to like, however, it is the relationship between the main subject and the meandering river that makes this image such a success, I love the connection between the 'flowing' rhythms of both the dress and the river.

This has been beautifully seen and captured. There is a genuine sense of quiet contemplation as if the subject is totally unaware of the photographer. I love the way the light is 'spilling' into the frame which adds to the vibe - shooing 'contre jour' is technically challenging too. This is really lovely work.
