Great shot. Converting to black and white was a good choice and it works well with the subject. Good to see a little catch light in the subject's eyes. Perhaps the tonality is a little dark and heavy, maybe consider lightening it a little, otherwise, sterling work, well done.

This feels like something out of Close Encounters of the Third Kind (or similar) I love the rich atmosphere that the torch light creates. This combined with the blue colour palette and the shapes of the figures make an intriguing narrative.

What fantastic drama in this striking image. I get a sense of the energy. I like the formal approach with the subject and the horizon positioned in the centre of the frame - this works well. The slightly muted colour palette works a treat too. Good work.

This is a well-considered group shot. Positioning the subjects in a stairwell in this way was inspired and works well. The walls hold the composition together and give the image structure and strength. The expressions of the characters, who seem to be cracking up at a joke are priceless and much better than having everyone look deadpan at the camera.

A beautiful, gentle and natural-looking portrait. The control of light has been skillfully handled. The shallow depth of field blurs the background nicely and creates a good separation between the subject and the background. Topped off with a lovely expression this is a good capture, well done.

An interesting setting for this portrait. Directing the subject to look out of this frame in such a dramatic way, adds a narrative element and suggests a story that extends beyond the frame. Quite what that story is I'm not sure, but the intrigue is good.

What a happy, joyful image that simply raises the spirits. I love the use of green and the connection between the shirt, dress and grass creates some lovely echos in the composition. It also shows that engaging portraits can be made without having your subject(s) face the camera.

Love the way the light is just pouring into this image. Shooting into the light like this can be really challenging, but you've done a great job of handling it. the start burst effect adds a lovely sense of drama that evokes a cool summer vibe

Wow, what an interesting image. A beautifully seen scene that speaks eloquently to ideas around humanity's relationship with nature,. The echos of blue are simply fabulous and the only just visible waterfall in the background emerging out of the mist is pitch perfect. Great job.

Not quite sure where to begin with this image, there's so much going on. It really is loaded with all sorts of narratives that are intriguing. The black and white treatment, the low angle of view and dynamic composition have been skillfully considered. Excellent work!

Wow, those really are some pretty impressive leaves! They make a wonderful setting for this engaging portrait. The lighting and tonality along with the handling of the black and white conversion have all been skillfully controlled and adds to the overall vibe. Nice work!

A nicely controlled portrait. The composition is balanced harmoniously - with the subject perfectly positioned in the frame. The black-and-white treatment is subtle and accomplished. revealing a good range of tones. There is a nice connection with the subject too which is the icing on the cake.
