Congratulations! You've captured a classic street scenario with a traditional documentary approach. I like the tones used here, and thank you for mentioning the production details behind this landscape. I encourage you to use 35 mm Black and White film for a future shoot in this same style, the results would be incredible!

I’ve chosen this image to review to further commend your use of layers and balance of light in this portrait as a landscape. There is so much detail in this, but it doesn’t overcrowd the overall purpose of the image. I feel the pose really connects the view to the portrait, it gives an openness to the visuals.

This is a sweet portrait and interesting framing, with the wide cropping, You've captured a moment which feels special, and this is a great skill. I'd suggest editing the waves to bring more attention to the subject and less overexposure.

Thank you for submitting this photo to this contest, great subject captured and colour tones with the landscape and striking orange. I really love how delicate this portrait is and the sense of calm it brings to the eye. This is a tremendous entry.

I want to emphasise this image as travel narrative, however, I recognise cinematic referencing you've applied here. This is a strong approach, research Wes Anderson's photography and how he frames scenes, there are many with train carriages too. Good job!

This image is so reminiscent of the great work of Don MuCullen, using objects within as a form of framing within portrait photography. I’d suggest recapturing this on black & white film to further your creativity and documentary skills, great approach!

I appreciate the angle taken here, it feels such a natural approach to street/portrait photography. Your timing is great and framing your subject successfully. You made the right choice with the square to illuminate your subject. Simple with a great statement!

I want to highly credit this portrait for its lighting efforts, I wish you included the production details for this shot. I can see highlights here, and I assume a flash was used? If so, this is very well balanced.

Thank you for submitting this photo to this contest, great subjects captured, and you've used the advantage of back lighting here very well. For further editing, I would suggest removing the bench, as it distracts the eye due to its central point. Great image!

Congratulations! This landscape portrait immediately caught my eye. This image is framed with cinematic references and grading. Was this captured on 35 mm film? I urge you to research Sofia Coppela's use of framing and colour treatments in her film shoots.

I'm really impressed that this was shot on an Apple iPhone! Great entry and making full advantage of golden hour in a landscape that won't interrupt this special light. Please look up Ryan Mcgingly's work, his portraits reference movement in this style of lighting.

I commend your high production use for the result of this image, studio lights, styling and professional model. Well done, it’s very theatrical and could be experimented further within a series. For a future shoot, I would suggest using another light for an extra highlight of the dress detail.

I like the tones used here, and thank you for mentioning the production details behind this portrait. You've used the correct lens for this style of portrait, I encourage you to use a higher ISO for this environment. This would make a great series!

I love the cinematic value this image shows. You've centred your subject well within a busy street environment. I’d suggest editing the lighting of the subject to show more of his expression. I also appreciate your cinematic framing, too. Well done!

This is a special entry and very good framing, making use of the architecture to further frame your subject. I can imagine this was a challenge to light due to the distance between you and your subject. You have done this successfully.
