Congratulations! This is a great entry and a successful classic tourist photo with a strong documentary aesthetic. Although a portrait, this has a cinematic value to it with the colour grading and posing with your subjects. Keep taking portraits in this style!

Thank you for entering this contest! I appreciate the angle taken here, and I love the cinematic value this landscape shows. For future entries, please take the opportunity to tell us about the image! I imagine this is a still from a drone recording?

I want to emphasise this image as a travel narrative, the lighting is strong and especially the eye contact. This is a great approach, and skill adapted by yourself which is very good for natural capturing, continue developing these skills!

Congratulations! This portrait is an incredible entry! I admire the choice of a landscape portrait. Especially with this lighting, as the environment is key here, in terms of foreground and background. Try a 50 mm lens next time, as you'll have great results!

Thank you for submitting this photo to this contest, great layering captured and tones with the shadows. I really love how delicate this portrait and the sense of calm it brings to the eye. Gentle, effective and moving. Great job!

This is a sweet portrait and interesting narrative. You've captured a moment which feels special, and the contrast in hand poses adds an extra detail not many would pick up. I'd suggest taking a step back to include all the features of your subjects.

I’ve chosen this image to review to further commend your use of layers and balance of light in this portrait. There is much detail in this, but it doesn’t overcrowd the overall purpose of the image. Try capturing this on 35 mm next time!

I want to highly credit this portrait for its production efforts. The approach with this narrative is great, and your models really suit this documentary style. The point of focus is a success, however, I feel with post-production effects this will be a strong image.

I love the cinematic value this portrait portrays, heavy backlit featured with the highlight of your subject's silhouette fits really well in this framing. I’d suggest researching Vermeer's paintings for further referencing, as this lighting is very similar. Well done!

This landscape has many cinematic references with lighting, environment and pose. You made a correct choice in shooting this in black and white, it's a powerful colour to use for the narrative here. I’m certain it draws any viewer in to it.

Thank you for submitting this photo to this contest, great subjects captured and colour tones with the landscape and striking orange. If you're interested to pursuing portraits like this in a future photoshoot, try to place the sea higher, so your subjects have space in this scene.

Kayaking Into The Sunset - what a wonderful statement. This is a successful entry, as you (the photographer) suggest yourself with your kayak in this clever framing. Further, commending your capture of the water details is very good. Keep going!

Really fun portrait and brilliantly captured. The main take here is the focal separation of the foreground and background. You've colour graded this successfully, after reading the shooting conditions you were tackling, the diffused lighting works in your favour! Good job!

I want to highly credit this portrait for its framing efforts, the approach with your subjects, really suits this direction of lighting. The narrative is evident with the rough fence against your subjects' features. Try a higher F Stop next time. This will gain a blanket focus.
