This is a nicely considered 'lifestyle' shot. The clever use of blurred foreground grass helps add a sense of depth and layers to the composition. The subject's expression feels natural and is on-trend with the 'lifestyle' photo look. Good work!

I love the sense of quiet, contemplation, and calm in this photograph. It is a lovely antidote to the hurried, often frantic chaos of life in a busy city. The lines of the sea wall, paving, and fishing rods balance the composition with a cool, subtle grace.

This striking image is all about the bold and dramatic light. The player stands out perfectly against the dark, near-black background, giving the image a sense of drama. The subject's white clothing against the dark background requires some exposure skills. Good work.

The sense of layering in this striking image is sublime and beautifully observed. The layers have been skillfully enhanced through the clever use of black-and-white tones. The narrative element makes the image engaging and thought-provoking. This is good work; keep it up!

Wow, what a great self-portrait; this must have been an incredibly challenging image to make. Kudos to you. The monochrome treatment and beautiful lighting have been skillfully handled. There is a lovely sense of peaceful contemplation in your expression. Good work!

Another image in this round channelling the summer festival vibe. What makes this image shine for me is how the glitter (I think it's glitter) has been captured by the camera so that it almost feels like a 'sparkle' (love that collective noun) of glowing fireflies.

Excellent photograph in the tradition of a 'documentary' approach. Looking through a hatch/doorway creates an inspired and well-conceived composition. The timing is spot on, too with the sideways glance of the noodle chef perfectly captured. The handling of the black-and-white tones has been sensitively controlled and harmonises with the subject matter.

This is a bold and striking band image, oozing with cool, grainy, gritty, and chaotic overtones. The double exposure added to this and was an inspired creative move. It is not easy with film, as the elements are less predictable and, consequently, more enjoyable - when they work, which, in this case, they do!

The ethereal vibes that echo and bounce around this image are lovely. The purple hues, soft, dreamy lighting and the serene expression of the subject evoke a groove that resonates with the image title "Purple Whimsy". Awesome work; keep it up!

Excellent use of lighting in a controlled studio environment. The lighting has beautifully enhanced and teased out the toned body shapes. The sense of quiet contemplation in the subject's downcast gaze speaks to the story behind the photo - reflecting on the previous day's body-building competition.

I love the framing in this beautifully seen street scene. The trees and signage create a wonderful 'frame within a frame', especially with their dark presence. The decisive moment has been artfully considered with the walking figure in just the right place. Good work.

A clever and creative capture of human presence in an architectural space. Together, the elements make a compelling and engaging street-style photo. The black and white tones have been skillfully controlled, and the composition is beautifully balanced. The little touch of movement in the cyclist is the icing on the cake.

Wow, I love the colour palette, along with the hard, harsh, rich and contrasty light. The bold composition works a treat, too, but I really like the figure's position in the window, perfectly framed against the interior darkness of the room.

The exotic allure of the desert and the suggestion of travel and adventure in far-off lands is artfully evoked in this stunning travel photo. And looking at the data, I see it's been captured by a humble iPhone. Good work!
