At first, I wondered what this image, seemingly devoid of a person, was doing in a 'people' category, but after reading the caption, the image took on a whole new meaning and became laced with a human presence. The objects became loaded with meaning and reference to the tragic event in Beslan. This is thought-provoking stuff!

What an intriguing image, made all the more poignant after reading the caption. I love the bizarreness of the "Amalfi Man's' museum. Positioning him on the far left of the composition creates a little intrigue, tension and mystery, but also shows off his wonderful collection. Good work.
