Night Time Long Exposure

I had to double take a few time to see that this is just one single exposure shot. It took my breath away!!! I have chased the northern lights for many years and finally got the chance to see them this year on a trip to Iceland.

The colour burst from the sky looks incredible against the Milky Way and it really is one of my favourite pictures that I've seen on Photocrowd. Thank you

I love walking the capital at night, especially during the festive season. The clarity of the lightbulb bursts is really impressive and adds a nice dimension to the picture.

The depth of field with the London eye in the background really gives the image a nice feel about it and that's why it's comfortably in my top 10.
