Night time portraits

Successful night time portraits can be tricky to master, and often involve using artificial lighting of some kind. In the Norther Hemisphere, we're drawing towards winter which means less natural light and evenings that are darker sooner. If you want to capture some coolly lit portraits, now is the time to get out there with your camera and learn how to manipulate the fading light to its best effect.
