Thank you for entering your photograph “No Traction Tractors”. It’s unbelievable to come across such a sight in the Yorkshire Dales but here it is. I just wonder what has happened to this machine and where the parts have gone. This made my top ten because I just couldn’t imagine such a site in such a beautiful part of the world. Thank you for sharing this and congratulations on your top ten finish. Best wishes Phil
Thank you to everyone who entered this contest, it was interesting to see so many works of art that are forgotten and abandoned around the world.
My winning vote goes to this photograph of a poor old tractor that has seen better days, it looks as if that the ground is starting to reclaim it. I love the back drop of the grey block wall, it’s a great setting for this unloved tractor. The photograph gives plenty of detail and as a whole the colours of the tractor and wall gives a soft feel to the photograph. Congratulations on your first place. Best wishes Phil
Thank you for entering your photograph “Pumper”. This must be a fair age for being steam powered. It’s nice to see that the owners are looking after it by blocking up the front and middle. It’s a super looking machine all rusted up, long gone are the days when it was in use. Congratulations on your top ten finish. Best wishes Phil.
Thank you for entering your photograph “Old Tractor” I guess the primary use of this machine is grass cutting so it’s fitting that it’s retirement should be spent in field that I guess it use to cut. The photograph only shows potions of the machine which makes its interesting to eye. Congratulations on your top ten finish. Best wishes Phil.
