Open Books With Visible Pages

How fascinating is this image that takes us back in time. Everything is covered with a blanket of dust and sand, and in particular the book, which seems to be a sort of commercial catalog, on which a pair of glasses are placed. Excellent color tone of the photo, but above all the rendering of the lights.

Classic still life by candlelight, populated by books, which recalls the painting of the early seventeenth century, so much so that this photo could seem a detail of a painting by George la Tour. Well done the work on the lights, which heat the whole scene .

This still life called "tea time" is interesting. Some objects are placed on a simple wooden table. The strong point of the photo is, in my opinion, the presence of the three colors, the red of the book binding, the blue of the cup and the golden of the pocket watch. The diagonal positioning of the book is also good. Book that appears to be modern, creating a temporal contrast with other objects.

Interesting geographical document, this photo taken in the Philippine islands. A canoe is used as a school bus, and above them there is a group of students. The girl in the foreground, perhaps worried about the possible question, makes the last review. All really good in this picture.
