Outdoor Activities in the Countryside

The first thing that I noticed about this picture was the limited colour palette. The saturated browns of the family members and the greens of the birds and the background vegetation. Placing the boat on a diagonal adds a sense of movement and the eye contact with the front rower draws the viewer into the image making you almost feel that you were there.

Oh the agony of the Warrior race! Captured so well here. You can feel her hurting. She is well placed in the frame on the left hand third. Her right arm forms a diagonal and the eye moves up this to her head with that wonderful expression. From here the eye travels down the left arm and hand to reach her shoe that she has manged to rescue from the mud. The mono presentation is so right for this image, Well done!

You have made an excellent job of getting the paragliders in just the right place in the picture space with no overlapping. The light catching the top of the wings brings out their vivid colour against the blue/grey background. The aerial perspective adds depth to the image. I think I would have removed the tree (?) at the bottom of the frame as it is a bit of a distraction and adds nothing. Nice work!
