Panning at Night (in colour)

Brief

Please submit your best colour photographs created by using the panning technique at night time. Panning is a photographic technique that combines a slow shutter speed with camera motion to create a sense of speed around a moving object, keeping your subject in focus while blurring your background. The subject can be anything you choose, but images must have been captured at night. All entries to be in colour, no black and white.
