People Wearing Hats

Firstly, thank you for entering my challenge. The circular patterns upon the woman's hat tends to draw us into the image further as we begin to notice other objects with the same pattern formation- such as the cup she is at present holding. The fact that the hat is drawn down covering her face also tends tp provoke our curiosity. We begin to ask ourselves various questions such as - who she and why is she hiding away from the world? The choice of black and white also tends to make us focus on the woman herself instead of being distracted by an array of colours. The vignette makes for a nice finishing touch. Firstly, thank you for entering my challenge. I applaud the innovation and creativity that has gone into creating this gentleman's outfit. The hat is of course the most prominent element of his outfit - this tends to give the image as a whole a very surreal look. The boat,skeleton ,veil and feathers are put togeher in an appealing and delightful manner - this does tend to make a person look twice at the image and tends to hold the attention for longer than usual in order to peruse the image further.The contrast between the white outfit against a black background is also a wise choice. The woman in question is wearing an outfit that tends to be very pleasng upon the eye-all the elemets seem to have been put together with careful thought and care. The hat of fur also tends to be an importrant addition to this dazzling outfit and tends to complete the ensemble. The background is also worthy of note and provides an interesting point of interest.
