Amateur Photographer of the Year Competition 2018

Amateur Photographer magazine, in partnership with Sigma and Photocrowd, is inviting amateur* photographers from around the world to enter its annual photographic competition, The overall winner will be awarded the coveted title ‘Amateur Photographer of the Year 2018’, and Sigma equipment worth more than £2,000.

The winner of each round (as voted by the AP team of experts) will win Sigma equipment worth approximately £1,000 (see each round for prize details) and the crowd vote winner of each round will win a one-year digital subscription to Amateur Photographer magazine and a one year Master subscription to Photocrowd. It’s important to enter as many rounds as possible as only the top-scoring image from each round will be counted. You can get one free entry to each round by using the code printed in the magazine – you will need a new code for each round. Good luck!

* In this instance, the definition ‘amateur’ refers to a person who earns 10% or less of their annual income from photography or photographic services.
