Piers Around the British Coastline

A stunning image of Whitby pier, a place I know well although I have never seen such a wonderful sky, you were certainly in the right place at the right time, the detail in the pier is amazing the exposure is spot on. Very well done.

A super moody image showing the underneath of a pier with what looks like mist rolling in, plenty of detail in the pier legs and the sea. I would maybe suggest cropping the right hand side slightly to the edge of the pier leg.

This image brings back many happy memories for me, my parents also loved to visit Southend and took me there as a young boy. I love the B&W treatment and technically everything in the image works. I hope your parents like the image. Well done.

Cleethorpes is my local pier and out of all the images of the pier I have seen this is by far the best, the long exposure works really well and there is plenty of detail in the pier itself also the fish & chips are pretty good.
