Pies and Tarts (in colour)

Thank you for your entry of this Lemon tart. What a mix of different mouth watering fruits. A good choice of white background with this diverse and bright colors. If i ever shot this, I would have used soft side lighting to bring out the textures more and give more definition to the structure of the Tart.

"Yummy" is the word that comes to my mind on seeing this image. It is a nice composition with good selection of dishes and other elements. I would have used a subtle color for that napkin, as currently it is competing with the Hero of the image. Adding a little negative space little wide shot would have put this image in top 10.

Thank you for participating in the contest. I am a big fan of dark food photography and this image for me is a beautiful one. I am tempted to taste this tart by just looking at it. Captured at good angle to show the texture & filling supported by dark background. At times, minimal props make the image strong and that's what it implies. For me a good work.

To begin with, thanks for participating in this contest. This is eye catching image. The moment one looks at it, you are charmed with the colors. Yellow and olive green against the dark background accentuates the feel of freshness. Well done and for me this is certainly a winning image. Congratulations!
