Poppies

This is a stunning shot of the Poppy once all the leaves have fallen off it. Love the detail of the dead flower head and the colours of the flower against the colour of the background make this a shot that fits the brief of being something a bit different. well done

This photograph just says it all with one look. The red poppies clinging to the memorial wall give so much emphasis on the loss of the soldiers, Its also the detail of the names on the wall that stand out and pull you into the shot. This is another cracking shot of the Poppy seed head. Not sure if this is the same photographer as the winning image but again a great shot. Love the use of colours for the back ground, very soft and pastel well done
