Brief

**Open to photographers with a ranking outside the top 1000. There are two other 'Rivers' contests currently open to other ranks. Take a look at the <a href="https://www.photocrowd.com/leaderboard/">leaderboard</a> for more information on Photocrowd rankings.** Rivers offer up some great compositional opportunities, from creating leading lines through an image to the possibilities within the patterns and shapes of flowing water. Reflections and colours can also inspire the shot, as well as the wildlife you’ll undoubtedly find nearby.  All in all, rivers are one of nature’s gifts to photographers.
