It's a really simple photo. Just two colors, sky blue and rust. And yet this iomage - for me - an unusual force. It shows superbly that you can create beautiful things with little - and in this photography is truly a great art. Thank you for having been able to give another life to this strange construction at the end of its life. Well done and a big, nd thank you for participating in my contest

Here is a picture of rust with this badly damaged handle. It is obviously sad to see lovingly created objects reaching the end of their life. But here, the color is really a game-changer. Because the photo resembles the palette of a great painter. The colors create a magnificent harmony with complementary tones. Congratulations on this wonderful photo and thank you for participating in my contest.

Here too the rust magnifies the colors. I love this object that we want to touch so much it seems unreal in its form. The two forms which touch each other seem to speak and support each other in their decrepitude. And above all, thank you for choosing a sky that looks like a sky, because in these difficult times, I need to see that life goes on and that - sometimes - the sky photographed is not threatening, that the clouds are are not black, that the end of the world is not yet scheduled for tomorrow. Congratulations and thank you for participating in my contest.

How can the sorry sight of these forged irons at the end of their life move so much? I admit that this photo also has great strength, with a precise composition and the enhancement of shapes and colors. A big thank you for sharing this moment where art takes precedence over everything else. And also a big thank you for participating in my contest.

In this contest there are many photographs of abandoned and rusty boats. I chose this photo because it is very elaborate. The sky is not threatening - as in some photos - and it is even beautiful. I feel here a certain peace, a de-dramatization of the subject. Thank you for participating in my contest and especially for offering this magnificent image.

This is a still life, but in the somewhat special nostalgic genre. I like the dark side of the composition with all these objects that tell a past story, but whose common point is rust, a sign of the times as old age is for men. Here there is no object which is more highlighted than another. The past drowns out the differences. And that has, for me, the immense merit of being beautiful, simple, and nostalgic. Thank you for this composition and for your participation in my contest.

I find this photo to be a real symbol. On the one hand, cars with everything that has made them necessary in today's life. On the other, the vanity of human progress. We have produced millions of vehicles, and to get rid of them when they are at the end of their life, no one has the solution. It is all the symbol contained in this photo. Thank you for this punchy photo where nature tries angrily to take back its rights on the inventions of men. And also thank you for participating in my contest.

Enter your photos of objects corroded by rust. The rusty object may now be useless or it may still be of some use. Very often rusty objects can be colourful and of great beauty for the photographer, so let me see how your images can convey this beauty.
