Brief

This contest is for your colour photos of sandpipers and other members of this wading bird family (Scolopacidae). This family of birds includes yellow-legs, sandpipers, dunlins, snipes, curlews etc. These are relatively small water birds with long legs and long beaks. Please no egrets or herons which are not in the family of Scolopacidae. Colour photos only please.
