The functionality of sheds and huts may generally be at the expense of aesthetics, but not always, and nor does it guarantee that they are unloved. Indeed far from it, as many a gardener who spends time bobbing in and out of their garden shed will tell you. Sheds and huts can offer a change of scenery from the living room, where model railways are crafted, clay pots are thrown, and novels are written. They can provide refuge on a mountainside, or for the farming type, a place to store your tractor, or your cattle, if you happen to have some.
