A fantastic image which wouldn't be out of place on any outdoors brands marketing materials!
You have captured the brief wonderfully, it's an epic wide shot with so much texture and a beautiful contrast across the ice which makes for a really punchy image.
The tones throughout the image are great and your guide definitely nailed his assignment wearing that bright orange jacket to stand out from the snow.
A bit of a rogue choice for my top 10 but I think this is a really good take on the brief and I appreciate all the work that must have gone in to capture this image at this scale and love your description of how you came to create the image too.
The colours throughout the image are great and the use of depth of field to bring the different elements of the image together is really well thought out.
This is a great shot, I love your framing and it's a great example of using the Fibonacci spiral to draw the viewers eye in.
There's just the right amount of light and contrast on the subject that you look at the whole image but finish looking at the Tree Frog, which with the very similar tones is a difficult feat to achieve.
A very impactful shot with a great choice of backdrop and is a great example of how documentary photography should be.
The red clothing and umbrella stand off the white surround really well and your exposure across the whole image is handled really well considering there is so much white to work with.
A great image and a really good take on the brief too, the climber is positioned perfectly to make them the subject of the image while still ticking all the requirements of the brief.
I like your choice to go down the black and white route but think it just needs a little more light and contrast in the foreground to pick out the texture of the rocks to truly draw the viewers eye in.
This a great, graphic image which really stands out!
I really like how you have captured it, placing the subject in the centre with the people surrounding adds a good layer of complexity and interest to the image.
My only slight criticism is I find whatever is sneaking in at the bottom of the frame slightly distracting, draws my eye away from the overall image.
A late addition to my top 10 but a really beautiful image which transports the viewer to the destination and wouldn't look out of place in any travel brochure.
You have handled the exposure really well and the colours across the whole image are great, those deep oranges and wonderful blues pop across the image and create a very visually appealing image.

If it looks like a tight squeeze, let's see it. Whether it's a tiny but perfectly formed interior, or a crack between rocks. Small spaces can be comforting and secure, but get too small and they can suddenly become claustrophobic and limiting.
