Snow Wildlife

As soon as I saw this pic I knew it would be one of the winners. At the end I decided you worth the first place! The composition is perfect and so are the snowflakes. Moreover the red head of the bird adds a beautiful hint of color that leads the observer eyes to the subject. My compliments, well done

Snow gives us the opportunity to create interesting high key photographs and this is a great example. The two reindeer stand out perfectly from the white background, together with just a thin line under their feet. Really good work and post-processing.

I already saw this picture around in Photocrowd and I always thought it is very beautiful. It really communicates something: I can see you into the snow storm facing this reindeer herd and start shooting, with all the difficulties I can imagine you had :) Moreover the composition is really good, I love the lines that the different tones of brown and white create. Great work

Sometimes I try to do some macro photography so I know how difficult it is. This is a really good capture, the focus and the composition are perfect and the color contrast lovely. Also the story you added is very interesting, so well done!
