Firstly, thank you for entering my competition. The creativity used in this image is unique giving it that extra impact than most of the normal splash shots don't display This scene although a composite, is extremely well executed- a realistic feeling is emanated from the scene and is not surreal in nature. The extreme nature of the splashes makes one not only feel but even hear the nature of the music which is certainly not a ballad in nature. The extreme slashing of the drumsticks gives one a feeling that rock is here to stay. The content look upon the drummer;s face is that of contentment in the moment and is obviously enjoying being cooled off in the heat of the moment.. The black and white effect is an excellent choice for this image and that I feel would not have been achieved in colour. Congratulations and well done!
Firstly, thank you for entering my competition The unique idea of using a simple everyday object as a point of interest tends to emanate a retro vintage feel with a slight touch of nostalgia added to the equation. This of course makes one stop and linger for longer than usual on the image. The classic use of an ancient rose and the golden spoon gently placed to the one side tend to compliment each other in an admirable fashion. The drop which we could imagine being that of the sugar cubes- so used in those times- is perfectly executed with the correct amounts and formation of splash being displayed. Congratulations and well done!

Splashing and the general movement of water is a popular concept when it comes to photography. It’s elegant, unique, dramatic and surprisingly easy to set up! The splash itself can come from people, consumables, vehicles or anything else, meaning there’s plenty of scope for this contest.

Firstly, thank you for entering my competition. The usage of the apple has created more than a simple splash as water droplets and other gentle spray and droplets fly in all directions - this tends dominate the image in it's entirety. I would, however, have liked to see the container into which the apple was dropped as this was not included and tends to be the missing piece. Another perspective of splash photography is ,however, achieved providing us with a unique outlook. Well done.
Firstly, thank you for entering my competition The human appeal is most relevant in this image as well as the classic usage of black and white- these two elements tend to compliment each other in an admirable way. The crop is perfect as our eye is drawn immediately to where the splash is more dominant- that to the side of his head as he rapidly flicks it to come up for breath. The intensity ofhis facial expression also adds to the powerful impact of this image. Congratulations and well done!
