I want to hear the music! Whatever was being played it was with such feeling that it's drawn this look of amazement from the spectator. You have captured the moment perfectly well. I like how you've framed it and your use of a very narrow depth of field. Did you try cropping it a little more on the right to bring the edge closer to the back of the spectator?
Great timing, composition, and exposure. I love your choice of crop and your choice to isolate against the lovely blue sky makes this fire-breathing image stand out. The balance of exposure between the flame and the sky is perfect and there's just enough light on his face to make it really work well.
I love the energy in this photo. The woman's smile, the movement, the colors, all add to the wild carnival atmosphere. I am sure it was very noisy too!. The contrast between the beautiful smile and the ugly one is marvelous. I also love all the hands in the photo. And is that another eye looking from behind the person on the left watching what's going on?

**This contest is open to photographers ranked between 251 and 1000 in this week’s Leaderboard.** Performing in public, for tips and the appreciation of the crowd, dates back to antiquity, and covers the full range of the performing arts, from acrobatics and music, to living statues and storytelling. There’s usually action and excitement aplenty to be captured with the camera, and getting as close as possible to the performance will pay dividends. Your conscience might also incline you to chuck a bit of change in the hat as a thank you for the chance to take some snaps.
