The contest was about balancing the woman in red within a colour scene (some people still entered B&W with spot colour, despite being told not to). This image does that very well and has a terrific sense of movement, edginess (enhanced by the tilt) and the suggestion of a story. Does it matter that the technical focus point isn't clear and everything is blurred? No, in fact that's what makes it so successful.

Admit it, you're humming the chorus to the 1986 Chris de Burgh classic already. Sorry about that. The brief: your image(s) must contain a female human visibly wearing something red (not pink, purple or some other kind of not-quite-red shade). B&W images with red spot colour are NOT permitted, will not be commended by the judge, and should be flagged as off-topic by the crowd. Let's see you balance the attention-drawing red garment within a colour scene.
