Three of a Kind

First thank you to all who has submitted photos for this challenge. It has been such a pleasure to go through the images and it was very hard to decide, which photos should be in the top 10. Well done everyone.

I am very fascinated by this image., it so pleasing for the eye.

First we wonder, what are we looking at - is it stones? but no it is icebergs - and you have captured them so well. The use of long exposure to calm the water around the iceberg is very well executed.

I like the color tones and the way you have post processed the photo.

It has taken a lot of patience to get this image.

You have captured just the right moment where the babys are sitting with their beak open waiting for the parent to put food in it. The photo is very sharp and the colors are perfect.

If I may give a little piece of advice, I would suggest that you remove the little stick in the bottom left corner, it seems a bit out of place in my opinion.

Three kingfisher sitting on a tree branch is a very rare sight and I think a lot of people will envy you this photo. The colors are beautiful, the composition is good and the birds are sharp and detailed. Well done. Congratulation on your third place.

Very lovely autumn scene you have captured here. Our eyes are immediately drawn to the three waterfalls and I feel that I can almost walk in to the image and be at the site in a split second.

Such a beautiful and well executed still life. A lot of thoughts have been put into this image. I love that you play with forms. The plates are round, so are the sticks making a triangel. Our eyes are immediately drawn to the 3 egg yokes and then we explore the rest of the image. The lighting is perfect and so is the colors. Congratulations on your 5th place.
