Tunisia

I think you have captured the lighting very well in the picture, makes it very "soft" and inviting. Also adds to the picture to see a lone person and not flocks of tourists, that one would expect on a site like El Djem.

Love the vivid colors in her clothes and I know that when I show my own pictures from Tunisia that involves Tunisians, is all the nice colors they have in their clothing. It just made me happy to see a splash of color and not just dark, murky colors

I like this picture because it gives the impression of a "simple" life, even though I am sure the djerbas don't live an easy life. Just gives another perspective to Tunisia that is more authentic, compared to the tourist areas where they are just trying to sell cheap things to tourists.

I do love the blue color on the wall behind the man and the colors in general. And seeing him selling flowers always brings me back when I am in Tunisia as well. So it does bring me back to Tunisia and that I generally find them to be happy and good people, despite everything that is going on.

I like this picture because it shows that in Tunisia, everyone pitches in. It is tough times and everyone does what they can to work and earn some money, even the older generation. Think it shows in the older generation that many of them has had a tough life.
