
Ah, the lighting in this picture is lovely, a real cinematic looking beautiful image. The exposure is great, there are no burnt out highlights and the shadow detail is lovely retaining the textures of the wooden beams and panels. The colour temperature of what looks to be different light sources has been well managed too.

I like this image because it is a simple but very eye catching shot. It has nice composition and a lot of thought has gone in to the tones that were used. The black and white umbrella works brilliantly against the colourful leaves. The use of the three red leaves makes the really stand out from all the other yellow ones.

You might have had fun shooting an umbrella as a prop, or catching passersby wrestling with them in a storm.
